For sure these viscous fermented beans on their own would never be my go to breakfast.
However, a smoothie incorporating black natto, makes for a high fiber, high protein, satisfying breakfast. Black natto is an antioxidant powerhouse and is rich in vitamin K2 and enzymes which are essential for heart and bone health.
A smoothie that I’m addicted to:flax and protein milk, frozen banana, ice, roasted almonds, seed mix (flax, chia, hemp, pepitas) yogurt, black natto and dates.
